Poplar Grove Youth Group Campground

Poplar Grove Youth Group Campground offers tree-sheltered, flat tent sites in a hardwood deciduous forest within Catoctin Mountain Park. It provides primitive tent camping for organized youth groups (at least 50% under 18), with three group sites each accommodating up to 25 people. Features include campfire circles, grills, picnic tables, and a centrally located pavilion at each site, plus two vault toilets shared by all sites. Firewood is provided onsite. No potable water, electricity, or modern restrooms available; groups must bring their own water. Reservations required via Recreation.gov; accessed by gravel road (hike-in during winter).
