Dispersed camping along Pole Hill Road (#122) in Roosevelt National Forest, east of Estes Park off Highway 36. The road starts on private land; National Forest boundary is 0.9 miles from highway. Rough road not recommended for trailers. No designated campsites or facilities such as toilets, picnic tables, or fire rings. Pack in and pack out. Respect 'no camping' signs. Excellent views of Estes Valley, Mummy Range, Flattop Mountain, and Hallett Peak. Seasonal closure December 1 to June 14.
