About this site

Huron Campground is the smaller of two campgrounds at Point Farms Provincial Park, a 307-hectare recreational park located on the shore of Lake Huron north of Goderich, Ontario. The park sits on the former site of a popular Victorian resort and is perched on a bluff offering spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. Huron Campground is radio-free and designed for tents and mid-sized trailers, with many campsites featuring electrical hookups and pull-through sites available. Amenities include water taps, comfort stations, laundry facilities, playgrounds, and nearby hiking trails. The campground is a short walk from the beach. Pets are allowed but must be leashed at all times. The park offers a large sandy beach with good swimming, 6 km of hiking trails, playgrounds, and playing fields. Peak season runs May through October, with Huron Campground open for the long weekend in May, late June through Labour Day, and the Thanksgiving weekend.
