Plomosa Road 14 Day Area is a free dispersed camping area managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), located approximately 5-6 miles north of Quartzsite, Arizona off Highway 95. The area extends along both sides of Plomosa Road for about 7 miles with dirt tracks branching into the desert. It is first-come, first-served with a 14-day camping limit within a 28-day period. A free permit is required and available from the seasonal camp host. Practice pack-in, pack-out as there are no trash services. The area accommodates big rigs on level sites and has reliable cell service for most carriers. Additional Info: No hookups, toilets, showers, or drinking water available. Fires may be allowed per BLM regulations. Pets permitted. Accessible by vehicle.
