About this site

The cabin is accessible by car in warmer months and by snowmobile in winter. The cabin provides a few conveniences; however, guests should be prepared to bring the supplies and equipment they need to make their stay more comfortable. Additional Info: Pine Bar Campground is nestled along the banks of Tincup Creek in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest's Montpelier Ranger District, approximately nine miles east of Freedom, Idaho, near the Wyoming border. At an elevation of 6,400 feet, the campground offers five single-family sites and one double-family site, each equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings. It operates first-come, first-served. Main season is late May through early September with vault toilets available and a fee; off-season is free with no toilets or services. No drinking water available year-round. Roads and parking spurs are gravel, suitable for tents and small trailers.

$8 bucks a night but the sites are better then the dispersed. Also it didn't have anyone there, no campground host. Close to a slower section of the river so be prepared for bugs.
