Primitive backpack campsites along the 15-mile Trail of Tears State Park Trail, accessible only by hiking 1.5 to 15 miles from the parking area at Pickwick Landing State Park. There are 4 designated primitive campsites (Sites 1-4) with fire rings but no other amenities, water, or facilities. Open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations required.
