Pickerel Lakeside Campground and Cottages offers an "up north" relaxed atmosphere with 700 feet of beautiful lake frontage and 37 acres of mature hard woods. Accommodations range from four "just like home" clean, fully modern, air conditioned cottages to a semi-rustic campground. The campground has 46 level, wooded sites with electric, easy access to drinking water, disposal station, and sparkling outhouses. Both the cottages and campground are located on the lake. Pickerel Lake is known for good fishing and is large enough to water ski, tube, etc. Located nine miles south of Baldwin on M-37, and only five minutes from the Pere Marquette River, you're in the heart of a great vacation area. Open mid-April through mid-November. Additional Info: 27 lakefront sites, 15 spacious pull-through lake view sites, 4 rustic sites, swimming area, boat launch, dock usage, covered lakefront pavilion, fish cleaning station, picnic tables, and fire rings at sites.
