Dispersed camping site on Pickerel Lake in Superior National Forest, Lake County, Minnesota. Access requires portage carry down from a high clearance road. The site is located near the boundary of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, with a 120 rod portage into the BWCAW available from the lake. Maximum 9 people per site; group sites available. Campers must pack out all garbage and use only provided facilities for fires, tents, and waste.
