PHILBROOK (Campground) Additional Info: Philbrook Campground is a developed fee campground with 20 sites operated by PG&E concessionaire American Land & Leisure in Lassen National Forest at 5,600 feet elevation on Philbrook Reservoir. Offers tent and RV sites up to 34 feet, toilets, picnic tables, trash service, bear boxes, pet-friendly policy, and campfire rings (seasonal). Accessible by vehicle with car-top boat launch nearby. Seasonal operation typically spring to fall.
