Perkins Lake day use recreation site in Idaho Panhandle National Forests with picnic tables, vault toilet, and lake access. Gas powered motorboats prohibited. Pets must be on leash. Open May to November (weather permitting). Directions: Travel north on US 95 from Bonners Ferry Ranger District Office, turn right at US 95/US 2 junction, continue 7 miles, turn left on Old Highway Loop Road, left onto Deer Creek Road #435, right on Perkins Lake Road, continue 1.7 miles to the lake.
