Penitente Canyon Campground Site 9 is one of 15 individual campsites (3 tent-only, 12 RV/tent) in this BLM-managed recreation area popular for rock climbing, mountain biking, and hiking. Each site includes a table, tent pad, fire ring, food storage locker, and parking. Campground amenities include drinking water (seasonal May-Oct), vault toilets, and trash service. No hookups available. Open year-round with first-come, first-served sites. Additional Info: BLM-managed with 14-day stay limit. Fires only in provided metal rings. Max 6 people, 2 tents, 2 vehicles per individual site. Fees $11/night (group sites $20).
