Penitente Canyon Campground Site 8 is one of 15 individual campsites (including 12 RV/tent sites) in this BLM-managed recreation area known for rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking. Each site includes a table, tent pad, fire ring, food storage locker, and parking. Amenities include drinking water (May-Oct), vault toilets, and trash collection. No hookups available. Maximum stay 14 days. Additional Info: 15 individual sites (3 tent-only, 12 RV/tent), 2 group tent sites. Fires only in approved metal rings. Sites are first-come, first-served with posted fees. Dispersed camping allowed in some nearby areas but not in campground.
