Dispersed camping is allowed near Peninsula Point Lighthouse in Hiawatha National Forest along the access road. The last 0.8 mile of the road to the lighthouse is single-lane, narrow, and winding. There are 1-5 established campsites with a maximum RV length of 25 feet. Restrooms, potable water, and trash receptacles are not available. Pack it in, pack it out. Stay limited to 16 days.
