Peggy's Hill Parking Area is a designated parking lot campsite (Campsite #22) in Michaux State Forest. It is one of four sites open during winter camping season (third Sunday after Thanksgiving through April 1). Reservations and permits are required via Pennsylvania State Parks and Forests Reservation system. No electric hookups, dump stations, showers, or modern facilities. Some areas have pit latrines or vault toilets. Fires allowed with dead and down wood. Pets allowed. Max RV length 60ft. Limited to seven consecutive nights. Additional Info: Part of 46 designated campsites including roadside, hike-in, and rustic sites. State forest roads not plowed in winter.
