Patos Island Campsite 7 is one of seven primitive campsites located near Active Cove beach on Patos Island, a 200-acre island in the Salish Sea managed by BLM in cooperation with Washington State Parks. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring. The island is accessible only by watercraft, with limited mooring buoys available first-come, first-served. There is no fresh water available on site. Facilities include just over two miles of hiking trails and two composting toilets. Additional Info: Open year round. Very primitive conditions.
