No potable water on the island. Additional Info: Patos Island is a wild and remote 200-acre island in the Salish Sea, open year round. It features 7 primitive campsites near Active Cove beach, each with a picnic table. Limited mooring buoys are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The BLM cooperatively manages the area with Washington State Parks.
