Palmetto Ridge Campground

Palmetto Ridge Campground is the newest loop in Myakka River State Park with 38 reservable sites featuring full hookups including water, 30/50 amp electric, and sewer. Sites are gravel back-in and pull-thru, accommodating RVs up to 28 ft or more. Amenities include clean bathhouses with hot showers within 40 yards of sites, laundry facilities, dump station, fire rings, and picnic tables. The campground is open year-round and surrounded by 37,000 acres of quiet state park with trails, wildlife, and visitor center. Additional Info: Sites require reservations via recreation.gov with booking window of 11 months. Pets allowed. Potable water available.
