We are a scenic 23 site RV Park on 7+ acres in the town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Conveniently located a mile from historic Downtown, home to the "World's Deepest Hot Springs" & less than 2 miles from Uptown. Our Park is heavily wooded with mature Ponderosa Pine Trees that offer an abundance of shade while providing coverage to a variety of wildlife. Other amenities include beautiful, newly remodeled bathrooms/showers-steam cleaned daily at 225º, daily trash pick-up, a fenced dog run & professional dog wash, 24 hr. laundry facility and walking trail. Make use of our wood burning campfire rings, charcoal grills & large picnic tables with umbrellas in our Community Area. We offer self-serve bagged ice & firewood available for your convenience. Additional Info: 23-site RV park with full hookups including 20/30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. Open May 1 - October 1. Features reservable sites, WiFi, showers, toilets, drinking water, dump station, pets allowed, and fires permitted.
