P-BAR FLAT (Campground) Additional Info: P-Bar Flat Campground is a small, primitive first-come, first-served campground with 4 well-spaced walk-in campsites set among oak trees near the seasonal Santa Ynez River in the Upper Santa Ynez Recreation Area of Los Padres National Forest. It features picnic tables and metal fire rings at each site. The campground is accessible by dirt roads (Forest Road 5N15), which may close during inclement weather. Popular with hunters during deer season (mid-August through late September). Big Caliente Hot Springs is approximately 4 miles away.
