Ontonagon Township Park
About this site
Nestled in a quiet, wooded area on the south shore of Lake Superior with lots of sandy beach for hiking, swimming, and playing. The campground offers spacious shady sites with spectacular sunsets. All sites have electricity and water. Amenities include a modern restroom facility, pump out station, kayak rentals, playground, disc golf and basketball courts, firewood and ice. Located just outside Ontonagon and a short drive from Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. First-come, first-served; no reservations accepted. Operating dates: May–October.
