OLD ELK CREEK (Camping Area) Additional Info: Elk Creek Campground is lightly wooded with spruce and some ponderosa pines. The understory is grass with some sites located next to Elk Creek. The campground has 31 campsites (6 are pull-through) with tables and fireplaces, 3 vault type toilets, drinking water (3 hand pumps) and refuse receptacles. It is comprised of three loops, including overflow camping.
