North Central 4-H Camp is located in Carlisle, KY on 350 acres of rolling hills and forested land near Lake Carnico. The camp serves multiple counties and offers heated cabins, bath houses, outpost for primitive camping, dining hall, multipurpose building, swimming pool, rifle and archery ranges, challenge courses, athletic fields, and a six-acre lake for fishing, canoeing, and nature activities. Additional Info: Operated by the University of Kentucky with facilities including modern dining room, challenge obstacle course, geology site, pioneer herb garden, and wildlife shelters. Overnight and weekend visits available for groups.
