The North Boulder Lake Campground is located on the northwest end of Boulder Lake, approximately 11 miles south of Pinedale on US 191, then 7 miles north on Burnt Lake Road. The campground has five sites with one double vault toilet, five fire rings, and five picnic tables. Each site is equipped with a level dirt pad and picnic table. The campground sits at an elevation of 7,300 feet amidst pine trees with views of the pristine alpine lake. There is no potable water, electric hookups, or trash disposal. The campground is managed by the BLM Pinedale Field Office and offers a quiet, rustic retreat ideal for fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Boulder Lake is renowned for trophy-worthy catches of lake trout, rainbow trout, and kokanee salmon.
