About this site

Murtle Lagoon South is a group camping site in Wells Gray Provincial Park, accessible only by canoe after a 2.5 km foot-trail portage from the parking lot. Part of the wilderness canoe-in campsites along Murtle Lake with no vehicle access to the lakeshore. Features include outhouse and fire pit. Backcountry camping permit required ($5/person/night).
