Located in the heart of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula on the shores of Lake Superior lies the Munising Tourist Park Campground. This City owned campground was established in 1924 and has long since been a stopping point for campers visiting pictured rocks. With its unique location on Lake Superior it gives campers the ability to recreate on Lake Superior while experiencing breathtaking views. Additional Info: 127 campsites including full hookup (electric, water, sewer), electric and water, and rustic tent sites. Amenities include modern restrooms and showers, dump station, free WiFi, laundry facilities, playground, pavilion, horseshoe pits. Pet-friendly. Open mid-May to late October. Sites equipped with picnic tables and fire pits.
