Small equestrian-friendly campground located 17 miles northeast of Foresthill on Foresthill Divide Road in Tahoe National Forest. Features 4 campsites with hitching posts and vault toilet. No potable water, no trash service (pack-in, pack-out). Offers hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian access to the North Fork of the American River via Mumford Bar Trail. Elevation 5,200 feet. Open 24 hours/day. No fee.
