Mountain Vista Seaside Campground is a small, pet-friendly campground located on an oceanfront property in Big Bras d'Or, Cape Breton Island, within the Bras d’Or Lake Biosphere Reserve. It offers 15 spacious overnight sites including electrical (30-amp) and water hook-ups, unserviced sites, and mostly seasonal sites with 4 nightly sites (three unserviced and one 15-amp water and electric). The campground is open year-round and centrally located for day trips to the Cabot Trail, Baddeck, North Sydney ferry, and Fortress of Louisbourg. Additional Info: - Family-operated on a 9-acre property beside the ocean with gravel beach access. - Associated amenities include laundromat, wharf for fishing, basketball hoop, and boat tours from the site.
