Moss Springs Campground
About this site
Moss Springs Campground is located above Cove, Oregon, on a ridgeline within view of the Eagle Cap Wilderness and next to the Moss Springs Trailhead. This popular campground was constructed to accommodate visitors with packstock, riding stock, and campers bound for the wilderness. It has 3 accessible campsites, toilets, picnic tables at each site, and stock facilities including loading and watering (seasonal). Trails drop into the Minam River drainage or follow Grande Ronde Ridge. Bring potable water as none is available on site. Additional Info: Day use: $5 per vehicle. Overnight single site: $5 per night (plus separate $5 trailhead fee or Northwest Forest Pass). The last 6 miles of Forest Road 6220 are steep gravel.
