About this site
Morrow-Grant County OHV Park is part of the Morrow County Parks system and spans nearly 9,000 acres of recreation land, with 2,000 acres located in Grant County. This unique park includes a large portion of the regional trail system, managed through a cooperative Memorandum of Understanding between Morrow and Grant Counties. Morrow County also owns and manages the remaining trail network, along with the campground facilities. CAMPGROUND — Opening May 8, 2026 Additional Info: Located at 71000 NF-21, Heppner, OR 97836. Offers 200+ miles of OHV trails ranging from easiest to most difficult, plus camping opportunities including tent sites and RV sites.
