Mineral Bar Campground is located on the east side of the North Fork American River in Auburn State Recreation Area, with 18 designated campsites featuring tables, fire pits, and vault toilets. Open year-round with reservations May to mid-October and first-come-first-served winter sites. Pets are allowed. No potable water available; bring your own. Additional Info: - Fees: $28/night standard sites - Maximum stay: 30 consecutive nights - Bear-resistant trash containers near toilets - Nearby hiking trails and river access for swimming and fishing
