MILSAP BAR (FAMILY CG) (Campground) Additional Info: Located along the Middle Fork Feather River in Plumas National Forest at approximately 1,600 feet elevation. The campground features 12-14 first-come, first-served campsites, each with a picnic table and fire ring. There is no potable water, no trash service, and limited restroom facilities (vault toilet temporarily closed pending pumping service). Campers must bring portable sanitation or wag bags and pack out all waste. Access is via Brush Creek from the Berry Creek side on Forest Road 22N62, approximately 5 miles east of Brush Creek; high-clearance vehicles recommended. Typically operates mid-April through mid-October. Activities include fishing, swimming, non-motorized boating, and whitewater watching. OHV use is prohibited. Bear-aware practices required.
