Mid Hills Campground
About this site
Mid Hills Campground is located in the Mojave National Preserve at 5,600 feet elevation, offering cooler temperatures and shade from pinyon pine and juniper trees in unburned sites (Hackberry Fire 2005 affected about half of 26 sites). Access requires unpaved roads not recommended for large RVs or trailers. Facilities include vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings at each site.
