Medicine Lodge Lake Campground is located in a remote setting on the shores of Upper Medicine Lodge Lake. Nearby trailheads offer access to the Cloud Peak Wilderness. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $20 per night Double Site (site #11): $40 per night for 1-16 people Additional Info: Open to self-supported camping as long as weather permits after season closures (no trash collection, water, or cleaning). First-come, first-served basis, no reservations. June - Labor Day, weather dependent. 14 day stay limit. Limit 8 people per site. Two non-towed vehicles allowed per site. Dogs must be on a leash. Restrooms, potable water, and picnic tables available. Horse/pack animals not allowed. Elevation 9,300 feet.
