Additional Info: Mecca Beach Campground (sites 106-160 or 51-159) in Salton Sea State Recreation Area offers beachfront sites with picnic tables, fire pits, drinking water, showers, toilets, trash service, and some electric, water, and sewer hookups. Reservations available October-May; first-come first-served June-September. Train noise and variable shower temperatures noted by campers.
