About this site
Dispersed camping area located about 800 ft from the north end of the Meadow Creek USFS airstrip, to the west toward the river. The last camp site overlooks the river. There is a metal bear box for food storage at the north end of the field. Two outdoor toilets are near the camping area. Great hiking on the trail just east of the field to the south. A few miles south is a pack bridge crossing the river with access to parking and dirt roads. Additional Info: USFS-managed airstrip (ID 0S1) in Flathead National Forest.
