Mason Family State Wildlife Area provides winter range for deer, elk, and bighorn sheep, along with cottontail and blue grouse. Activities include hunting, fishing, camping in designated areas only, nature viewing, hiking, walking, and picnicking. Amenities include vault toilets. No drinking water available. Fires allowed only within containment structures in designated camping areas. Dogs must be on leash except when hunting. Access requires hunting/fishing license or SWA pass for ages 16+.
