Lower Tileston Meadows
About this site
Lower Tileston Meadows is a designated wilderness group campsite in Rocky Mountain National Park. Site is about 0.9 miles east of junction of Lawn Lake Trail and Black Canyon Trail. Site is south of trail and at edge of trees. A wood sign indicates the path to the site; the path may be marked by red arrowheads on trees. Camp safely away from standing dead trees, as near as is safely possible to the silver metal arrowhead. Number of Sites: 1. Elevation: 10,650 feet. Distance: 6.6 miles from Lawn Lake TH, 7.2 miles from Cow Creek TH, 7.3 miles from Lumpy Ridge TH. Approximate Travel Time: 6 to 7 hours. Privy: YES. Water Source: Water is available from creek. Boil or adequately treat all water.
