Lost Spring Camp

Lost Spring Camp is a backpacking campsite in the Mahoney Zone of Henry W. Coe State Park. Access via Lost Spring Trail for 0.3 mile to an unnamed side trail on the west side south of the spring, leading a couple hundred feet to a secluded opening. Water source available at Lost Spring or Mahoney Pond. Backpacking permit and parking fees required; register at visitor center or self-register for Mahoney Zone or Lost Spring.

7.5 mile hike from park HQ. Campsite is in a nice shady spot. There is no water nearby so make sure to bring enough. There is a pit toilet if you home up to Mahoney Meadows road which gets regular service.
