Lost Lake Campground is a great place for families to camp. Kids and parents alike will enjoy fishing and hiking around Lost Lake, Dollar Lake and Lost Lake Slough. Beckwith Pass provides breathtaking vistas of the Ruby Mountain Range. The wildflowers in this region are phenomenal during mid-July and early August. Additional Info: Located in Gunnison National Forest at approximately 10,000 feet elevation. The campground features 18 tent camping campsites, 18 RV campsites, and 5 horse-accessible campsites. First-come, first-served operation from mid-June through September, weather dependent. Maximum RV spur length is 28 feet in main campground; horse camping area accommodates RVs up to 60 feet. 14-day maximum stay limit. Vault toilets and potable water available. Campfire rings and picnic tables at each site. Non-motorized boating permitted; motorized boats prohibited on Lost Lake Slough.
