Little Goose Campground is a very primitive camping area with minimal amenities. The campground features approximately four basic sites suitable for camping. Little Goose is located near Trout Lake in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. This is a heavily forested primitive campground with two primitive sites and pit toilet located near the boundary of the Indian Heaven Wilderness. The Trailhead for the Filoon Trail #102, which accesses Indian Heaven Wilderness, is located in the campground.
