Little Beaver Lake Campground

Little Beaver Campground is a small, rustic 9-site campground located within Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, 3 miles north of Alger County Road H-58 and 20 miles northeast of Munising, Michigan. The campground sits on the shore of Little Beaver Lake and offers a primitive camping experience with no electric, water, or sewer hookups. Campsites are small and accessed via a narrow, twisting, hilly road; vehicle length should be verified before booking. One campsite is wheelchair accessible. Amenities include vault toilets, well water, picnic tables, fire rings with grill grates, and tent pads. A small boat ramp is available for launching electric-motor-only boats. Pets are not allowed. Popular activities include hiking the Little Beaver Nature Trail (1.0 mile loop) and a 1.5 mile trail to Lake Superior, as well as fishing, boating, and paddling. Cell phone reception is limited. Generator use is not permitted.
