Lighthouse County Park
About this site
Lighthouse County Park is located six miles north of Port Hope and features modern RV camping, rustic cabins, and tent sites. Lighthouse Park is also home to the historic Pointe Aux Barques Lighthouse, which is a Great Lakes navigational point. The beaches have rocky, stony shores so are not ideal for swimming, however Lighthouse Park is great for many other activities including camping, cabin rentals, boating, special events, day use, and hiking. Each site has a fire ring (without a grate for cooking) and a picnic table. Bath houses with free showers and flush toilets are available. Open May 1 - October 15.
