Liberty Glen Campground, Site 72 is a standard nonelectric campsite within Liberty Glen Campground at Lake Sonoma, California. The campground is located at the top of Rockpile Road overlooking Lake Sonoma and is the only drive‑in campground within the perimeter of the lake. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring or fire pit with cooking grate. The campground provides flush toilets, hot showers, potable water, and a dump station. Pets are allowed, and the campground is very pet‑friendly. Liberty Glen does not have direct shoreline access; lake access is by trail or by car. The campground is open seasonally, typically from mid‑spring to mid‑fall, and reservations are required; there are no first‑come, first‑served sites. Sites can accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs up to about 52 feet in length. Additional Info: Liberty Glen Campground has around 100–102 campsites spread across several loops, plus a cabin, group sites, and an equestrian site. The area is known for scenic views of Lake Sonoma, nearby vineyards, and access to boating, fishing, and hiking. Cell service is generally poor in the campground.
