Lewis River Horse Camp is a rustic equestrian campground in Gifford Pinchot National Forest with 9 sites, each featuring a highline and access to a stock-only water trough. It serves as a trailhead for Quartz Creek Trail and Lewis River Trail. Parking accommodates 10 trailers and 15 vehicles. Single site overnight fee is $15 per night plus $5 per additional vehicle. Season is May to September. No potable water; pack out trash. Additional Info: 9 campsites, first-come first-served. Elevation 1800 feet. Quiet hours 10pm-6am. 50% discount with Interagency Senior/Access passes.
