Lane Spring Recreation Area provides a peaceful setting along Little Piney Creek and a scenic patio overlooking beautiful Lane Spring. A large, accessible picnic area with two pavilions can be reserved. The site has multiple first come first serve campsites if an overnight stay is desired. A variety of outdoor recreation opportunities are in the area. Fee info: Overnight Use: Single Site: $15 per night Single Site with electric hook-up: $25 per night Double Site: $30 per night Additional Vehicle Fee: $2 per vehicle per night Day Use: $5 per vehicle per day Commercial Vehicle (Bus): $10 vehicle per day Group Site: $50 per day (up to 100 people) $40 per annual

This is a favored campsite for fishing for wild trout in Missouri. The campsites have plenty of tree coverage and are very close to the creek. It is not too far from Rolla for supplies. The multiple trips I have taken here have been super relaxing with no crowds.
