Lakeview Campground is located at Pawnee State Recreation Area, a 2,544-acre facility featuring 740 water acres northwest of Lincoln, Nebraska. The campground offers 68 all-weather camping pads with 20-, 30-, and 50-amp electrical hookups, 34 camping pads without electricity, and 97 non-pad sites without electricity. Amenities include water, showers, modern restrooms, and a dump and fill station. Reservations are available for half of the campsites (sites 22-52); all other camping is first-come, first-served with self-service payment via iron ranger boxes accepting cash or checks. The facility operates year-round and provides access to fishing, kayaking, swimming, and multi-use trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
