Additional Info: Lake Eaton Campground offers 135 tent and trailer sites, flush toilets, hot showers, a trailer dump station, recycling center, mobility impaired accessibility, and boat/canoe rentals. It features secluded sites, canoe/rowboat/kayak rentals, and a blacktopped roadway for biking/walking. Popular with tenters and small trailers; no electric or water hookups.

My home away from home. Most sites are nice, though a few by the entrance and beach are exposed with little to no shade. Site 99 smells like the septic it is practically on top of, I do not recommend that one. Not all water sites allow easy access to the water from the site, but many do. Facilities are clean, showers are warm, and the road is new and paved. The staff here do a great job! No electric, so while generator hours are limited, be prepared for some noise from them. Very nice beach and boat launch. Lake still has undeveloped areas, which is nice for paddlers. You can even hike to Owl's head right from the campground if you don't mind a few extra miles. Town has all the amenities you might need but isn't overly crowded.
