Laguna Seca Recreation Area campgrounds provide a scenic stay in the oak-covered rolling hillsides of Monterey conveniently located between Highway 101 and Highway 1. The campground provides a friendly staff, 24-hour security, and access to the renowned WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for sports car racing and driving. Open daily for day use and walking and biking trails from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a $9 day use fee. Accommodates RVs and trailers up to 40 feet. Walk-in reservations accepted at the Entry Station until 5 p.m. Close to Fort Ord National Monument trails, wine country, Cannery Row, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and historic Oldtown Salinas.
