Lac qui Parle State Park features two campgrounds: Upper Campground with showers and flush toilets, and Lower Campground with showers but no flush toilets. The park offers 3 camper cabins, a primitive group camp (50 capacity) in the lower unit, horseback riders day-use area, and 20 picnic sites. The semi-modern campground provides flush toilets and hot showers. Additional options include three secluded cart-in sites, two group campsites accommodating 50 people each, and three camper cabins. Note: The lower campground has been permanently closed due to repeated flooding, but the two group camps remain open. Additional Info: - 37 sites with electrical service, 9 with full hookups - Swimming beach, boating launch, 6 miles hiking trails, 5 miles cross-country ski trails - Fishing for walleye, northern pike, perch, panfish - Historic sites: Fort Renville, Lac qui Parle Mission - Pets welcome on 6-foot leash
