La Jolla Valley Trail Camps is a hike-in campground in Point Mugu State Park, accessible by a 2.5-mile hike from the La Jolla Canyon trailhead. It offers solitude in a scenic valley near the greater Los Angeles area. Additional Info: Trailhead parking is across from the main area at the day-use lot. Two trails start from there: Ray Miller section of Backbone Trail and La Jolla Canyon trail (behind yellow gate, starts as fire-road).
